10835 Bailey Road, Cornelius, between Highway 21 and Highway 115. We are conveniently located between exit 25 and 28 east of I-77.
What are the hours for drop-off and pick-up for overnight boarding?
Drop-off: Monday-Friday 7:00-11:00am and 1:30-4:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 8:00-10:00am and 3:00-5:00pm
Pick-up: Monday-Friday 7:00-11:00am and 1:30-6:30pm

How far in advance should I make reservations?
It is best to reserve well in advance of your stay. As soon as you know dates, call us (even if it's a year in advance). Our cabins fill up quickly around holidays, during the summer and whenever school is out.
What is the age requirement to attend Camp Wagging Tails?
A minimum of 16 weeks but the dog or cat must have completed it's last round of puppy/kitten shots. All dogs/cats must be spayed or neutered at 6 months.
What vaccinations are required?
Dogs: Bordatella-Required every 6 months, Parvo/Distemper, Rabies
Cats: FVRCP, Feline Leukemia, Rabies
In addition, all dogs and cats MUST be on a monthly flea preventative.Comfortis pill for dogs and Advantage topical for cats.Both are available from your Vet.
Do I provide food when my dog boards overnight?
Yes, it is best to stay on the diet your pet is accustomed to. We ask that food be prepackaged in individual zip-lock baggies by meal. We cannot accept bags of dog food or large dog food containers. Should you choose not to supply your pet's food we do have a high quality dry kibble that we can feed to your pet at no additional charge.
My dog/cat needs medications while boarding, is that ok?
Yes. We administer medications for no additional fee. All medications must be in their original container, prescription as well as non-prescription. We do NOT accept any medications that are not in their original container. This is a State law.
What personal belongings can I bring for my dog when boarding?
A small stuffed toy that smells like home or a Kong type rubber toy to chew on. We ask that you please limit the toys to 1 per dog. We do not allow Greenies, rawhides, Nylabones, pig ear, etc. We supply all the bowls, towels and blankets that your dog will need during his or her stay.
